For the water replenishment and moisturizing rate exceeds the standard of the electric steam generator, we should find out the cause, treat the symptoms, disconnect all the water discharge taps, plug all the running, risk, drip, leakage, improve the system software automatic exhaust valve, and strictly manage the program, so that the water replenishment and moisturizing rate running qualified.
A small amount of water replenishment is difficult, but attention should be paid to the quality of water replenishment and supplementation of deoxygenated water. For the independent heating of the heating furnace water, you can use the waste heat recovery of the tail exhaust pipe. First of all, the cold water (softened water) heated to 70 ℃ ~ 80 ℃, and then add the appropriate amount of sodium ammonium sulfate and sodium sulfite to the steam generator, which is beneficial to the electric steam generator but harmless.
Strictly control the pH value of calcium and magnesium ions in the electric steam generator and check the pH value regularly. When the pH value is less than 10, the dosage of ammonium sulfate and sodium hydroxide can be increased for adjustment.
Inspection of steam generators. There are two types: dry and wet. If the steam generator is shut down for more than a month, the dry maintenance method should be selected. If the electric steam generator has been off for less than a month, the wet maintenance method may be selected. After the steam generator is shut down, dry maintenance should be selected by adding water, drying the moisture over a slow fire, and then adding raw rock or calcium chloride, 2 kg to 3 kg depending on the capacity of each cubic heater, and making sure that the steam generator's internal chamber is closed to reasonably avoid erosion during the shutdown period.
